Weight of the World- Serigraphy Prints (4 of 14 unique prints)

I completed a set of 14 serigraphy prints of this image. Although the same stencil was used for each image, the outcome varied slightly. When instructed to come up with an image, I was in the midst of a very busy and challenging semester. At times I felt like I was battling the world- and not just fighting, but being overcome. The hands underneath the very conventional figure are the hands of God. In this image I realized how God catches me when I feel like I'm falling or being thrown out of the world.
